RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return an item(s) from your online purchase through Shopmyfairlady.com for any reason we will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise that is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 21 days of the delivery date.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Shopmyfairlady.com. If exchanging, Shopmyfairlady.com will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) back to you.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Marked down items are FINAL SALE. This excludes items purchased with coupon codes at regular price, which can be exchanged or returned
We allow exchanges on all returnable items in our store. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
If you prefer to pay your own return shipping, please use a shipping arrangement that allows you to trace and insure the return. Be sure to include documentation inside of the return packaging that includes your order number, first and last name.
